Rolled Rump Roast

A classic Sunday roast — tender beef with a crisp outer crust and rich pan gravy.


Ingredients: Hilltop Rolled Rump Roast, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, beef stock.


Method: Rub roast with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Roast at 180 °C for 1 hr 45 mins (medium), basting occasionally. Rest 15 mins, then slice. Use tray juices to make gravy with a splash of stock.
