 Crispy Roast Pork Belly

Ingredients: Hilltop Pork Belly, salt, oil, garlic, and fennel seeds.

Method: Pat pork belly dry and score the skin. Rub with oil, salt and fennel seeds. Roast at 220 °C for 30 minutes, then reduce to 180 °C and cook another hour until crisp. Rest before slicing.
