Slow-Cooked Minted Lamb

Slow-cooked lamb in mint gravy — hearty, rich and made for sharing.

Ingredients: Hilltop Lamb Chump Chops, mint jelly, stock, onion, carrots.

Method: Brown chops in a pan, then transfer to a casserole dish with onion, carrots, stock and mint jelly. Cover and bake at 160 °C for 2 hours until tender. Serve with mash and peas.
