Hilltop’s Italian Chicken Breasts come marinated with herbs, garlic and olive oil — perfect for a Mediterranean oven bake.

Ingredients: Hilltop Italian Chicken Breasts, red capsicum, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella.

Method: Place chicken and sliced capsicum in a baking dish, scatter cherry tomatoes and top with mozzarella. Bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with a green salad or roasted veggies.
