A true pub classic — crispy schnitzel layered with Napoli sauce, ham and mozzarella.

Ingredients: Hilltop Seasoned Chicken Schnitzel, Napoli sauce, ham, mozzarella, basil.

Method: Bake schnitzel at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Top with sauce, ham and cheese, then bake again until bubbling. Garnish with basil and serve with chips or salad.
