Golden, crunchy chicken strips with hot chips — a family favourite that never fails.

Ingredients: Chicken breast strips, flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, oil, chips.

Method: Coat strips in flour, dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Shallow-fry for 4–5 minutes per side until crisp and cooked through. Serve with chips and tomato or BBQ sauce.
